We recently simplified our facial menu, and we know you may have a few questions! The biggest thing we want you to know is this: your favorite protocols are still here. We simply reorganized the menu to make it easier for us to customize your treatment based on what your skin needs that day.
Q: Why did you change the menu?
A: We wanted to make choosing a treatment easier and less confusing. Rather than asking you to decide between several different facial names and protocols, our new treatment levels allow us to customize your appointment based on your skin, your goals, and what will give you the best results.
We also heard from many clients who wanted a more results-focused experience without all of the traditional facial “fluff.” The new Skin Treatment Levels were created with that in mind.
Q: Are my favorite treatments gone?
A: Not at all! Your favorite protocols are still here. They may simply live under a new treatment level.
For example, if you loved our Beyond Botox Facial, that protocol is now included within a Level 2 Custom Skin Treatment.
Many of our anti-aging, corrective, and customized treatments can be performed within a Level 1 Skin Refresh Treatment, depending on what your skin needs.
You do not need to know which exact protocol to choose—that is our job!
Q: What is different about the new Skin Treatment Levels?
A: These appointments are much more focused on skin correction and results. They include very little massage so we can spend more of your appointment time on professional treatments, exfoliation, targeted products, modalities, and customized corrective work.
Think of them as: less relaxation time, more skin-focused time.
Q: What if I want a relaxing facial experience?
A: We still have that too! Our Signature Spa Facial is designed for clients who want to relax, unwind, and enjoy more massage and the traditional spa facial experience.
If your goal is relaxation, choose the Signature Spa Facial.
If your goal is correcting or improving your skin, choose one of our Skin Treatment Levels.
Q: How do I know which level to book?
A: Do not overthink it! Choose the level that seems closest to what you are looking for, and we will take it from there.
At every appointment, we look at your skin, talk about your goals, and customize your treatment accordingly. That flexibility is exactly why we created the new menu.
Our goal is simple: make booking easier for you while giving our estheticians more freedom to create the best treatment for your skin.
A Small Pricing Update
As part of our updated menu, you may notice a small price adjustment on a few select services.
We continue to be very intentional with our pricing while using professional products, advanced treatments, continued education, and the quality of care our clients expect from The Skin & Co.
Even with these slight adjustments, our pricing remains very competitive for our area.
Most importantly, our commitment has not changed: high-quality, customized skin treatments with experienced professionals who truly care about your skin and your results.
